Review Policy
Our reviews will give you an insight into what a game/film/TV show/album can offer.
We will review the content purely based on its quality. If it's a slow and character-driven film you would not expect it to have the same qualities as a summer blockbuster. If it's an indie game with a small budget we won't expect it to be as polished as a large-budget studio game.
Our reviews will be subjective, with reasons given. We will state what is fact and what is opinion. We will also state any positives and negatives.
Scoring
If we do score something, we will award it a whole number between 1-10.
This is a short summary of how we felt. Our written review will always be valued more than our score.
Not all articles will be scored, for example, features, analysis, news and other editorial.
Transparency & Independence
Where relevant, we will state if we have had access to a preview, early access or review copy.
Accessing the product will not guarantee a positive review. Where relevant, we will state any relevant business relationship.
We want to give you enough information to understand our conclusions.
