We will use this to help us understand your query, respond where appropriate, manage editorial feedback, research any changes or rights requests and keep any necessary correspondence.
This will be processed under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f)) or Compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) depending on the circumstances.
Whilst providing us with a message is optional, without a valid reply address we may not be able to respond.
We will only keep your message for as long as is necessary to manage your query and any follow up. We may keep relevant correspondence for longer if needed for legitimate claims.

This policy and any consent information will be updated to show how adverts are being used, including relevant advertising providers and available privacy choices.

Information may be retained longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Google and other third parties will manage storage and security according to their policies.
No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
